Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Seller Lab (the “Service”), made by zabzablab, a sole proprietorship based in New Jersey, USA, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Seller Lab is a workflow and analytics tool for Spoonflower sellers. It includes a free Chrome extension and a paid web workspace (“Pro”) that stores your data and adds a sales, customers, and keyword dashboard. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spoonflower Inc.

The Pro workspace is for paying subscribers. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address so we can reach you and deliver account emails.

Pro is sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle, at the price shown at checkout — Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment and applicable sales tax / VAT, subject to its buyer terms. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, right in the app — go to Settings → Subscription and cancel in one click; you keep Pro through the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can also update your payment method and download invoices there yourself. No email needed — but if you run into any issue, reach us at hello@sellerlab.app. Cancellation and refunds are covered in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Use the Service only for your own Spoonflower selling. Don’t misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate anyone’s rights or any law — including Spoonflower’s own terms.

You keep ownership of the data you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having the right to upload the data you import.

The Service relies on third-party providers — including our payment processor, hosting, and database — as well as Spoonflower, which is the source of the data you import. We aren’t responsible for those third parties, and their availability or changes can affect the Service. The providers that process your data are listed in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analytics and keyword suggestions are estimates meant to inform your own judgment — not guarantees, and not financial or business advice. We don’t guarantee any particular search ranking or sales result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zabzablab isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can export your data from Your data in the app before leaving.

We may update these Terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country or state.
