Privacy Policy

Seller Lab is a workflow tool for Spoonflower sellers, made by zabzablab. We store the data you give us so the app can work for you. We don’t sell it, don’t share it with anyone except the service providers below that run the product, and we don’t use it to train AI models. Not affiliated with Spoonflower Inc.

Only to run the product: to show your sales analytics and customers, to power your keyword library, to manage your subscription, to diagnose and fix problems, and to send you account emails (like the link to set your password).

Seller Lab includes a Chrome extension (“Spoonflower Seller Lab: SEO Keyword Helper”). Its free keyword tools run entirely on your device: it reads a Spoonflower tab’s tags only when you click “pull,” and nothing leaves your browser. If you don’t sign in, the extension sends us nothing.

• Signing in connects the extension to your Seller Lab Pro account. Your login session is stored locally in your browser so the extension can talk to your account. Signing in is the only thing that grants the extension permission to reach Seller Lab.
• Syncing uses your browser’s Spoonflower session to fetch details for your designs (thumbnails, tags) and your buyers’ public profile info, and saves them to your Seller Lab account so your analytics are complete. It reads only your own Spoonflower pages, and only when you sync.

For signed-in users, when something in the extension breaks repeatedly — a sync that keeps failing, or keyword pulls that stop finding tags — the extension sends us a small technical report so we can fix it: what failed, error and counts, the Spoonflower page address involved, and the extension version. These reports are tied to your account so we can follow up with you. They never include the contents of your pages or the keywords you work with. Free (signed-out) users don’t send diagnostics.

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate. They process your data only to provide their service to us:

• Infrastructure providers — reputable cloud services that host the app and provide our database, authentication, and image storage.
• Paddle — our merchant of record: it hosts checkout, processes subscription payments, and handles sales tax / VAT.

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don’t use your data to train machine-learning models.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export a full copy of everything we store at any time from Your data in the app. When you delete your account (or ask us to), we deactivate it right away and then hold your data for up to 30 days before permanently deleting it — a short grace window in case you want to reopen your account. After that it is erased from our active systems; any residual copies in our encrypted backups are cycled out on our normal backup rotation. Data is stored with our providers over encrypted connections, and access is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit who can reach it.

If we update this policy we’ll change the date above. Continued use of Seller Lab after an update means you accept the revised policy.
